Question 1

Is the price per child or per family?

Accepted Answer

Per child. Each child on your account has their own plan, so you only pay for the children who are actually subscribed - add a second child's Digital plan whenever you're ready, at the same £9.99/mo, rather than a single family-wide price.

Question 2

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Every child gets their own one free month of Digital, no card required to start. You'll get a reminder before it ends, and nothing is charged automatically - switch that child to a paid plan yourself when you're ready.

Question 3

Are there any extras to pay for later?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything listed above is included in the price. If we ever add something you'd pay extra for, it will be listed here with its price before anyone is charged for it, never added to an existing plan.

Question 4

Will my price go up?

Accepted Answer

Not while you stay subscribed. If we ever raise the price of a plan, families already on it keep paying the price they signed up at for as long as that child's plan stays active. The new price only applies to new subscriptions, or if you cancel and later start again.

Question 5

What if I want a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you change your mind, cancel within 14 days of first subscribing a child and we'll refund that first payment in full. And if a renewal ever catches you out, tell us within 7 days of the payment: if your child hasn't used the plan since it renewed, we'll refund that payment in full too.

Question 6

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel any child's plan from their subscription card whenever you like - you'll keep access for that child until the end of the current billing period, and progress is never deleted just because a plan lapses.

Question 7

What's actually free forever?

Accepted Answer

Level 1 of every Maths and English subject, plus the placement quiz, for every child on your account, with no time limit and no trial to run out - free tier access isn't limited to one child.

Question 8

Is the Mail plan available outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

Not yet - Mail's printed worksheet packs currently ship to UK addresses only. Digital works anywhere; you can set your country in Settings.

Question 9

Is my child's data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Only parents create accounts, each account can only ever see its own children's data, and we don't show ads or use third-party advertising trackers. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
